I have to say that I love Lindsay Lohan. She is such a great actress and a very respectable young lady. She doesn't sell-out, use sex to promote herself, and has real talent (unlike some rising young stars, ::coughhilaryduffcough::) . Even though she sticks with making Disney films (which are great because they're so wholesome), she could very well be successful at any kind of acting venture, be it drama, comedy or whatever. In honor of Lindsay, today is Lindsay Lohan Day. And I wanna see this movie. :D

Okay, so I have a problem with holding grudges. This has affected relationships in the past, b/c I just cut people off if they wrong me or whatever. It's not the right thing to do. So, I'm sorry for doing this. I'm trying to really change my ways and be more forgiving and less judgemental. I guess I just figure, if they can do all this crap to me or themselves, then I don't want anything to do with them. I learned this great piece of wisdom last week, in Bible study, I think: Amazing people do awful things and awful people do amazing things. I guess I just need to discern the two and discretion my harsh actions.

School is okay, classes are fun and interesting. But I get bored and depressed. Yes, it is sad. I'm going home this weekend for my great-grandmother's 90th birthday party, so that should be fun. Plus, I'll have fun stuff to do and be able to watch real cable tv at home! :)
I miss Logan and that's the majority of the reason for my melancholy. :cry: He is such a special boy, lol. I love him lots! <3 >

I am back at school, lovely St. Augustine, FL. I'm so happy to be seeing my friends and being independent. The only thing is...I don't really care to start my classes yet. Oh well, nothing too hard: Sociology, Eng., Geography, Intro to Mass Comm, Computers. Fun stuff, and it'll be over in 14 weeks anyway.
Logan is good but bored in Iraq. I miss him lots. :cry: But I know he's safe...I hope. <3 >

[i]Big Fish[/i] was amazing. It was exactly what I had expected, magical, fun, and a work of cinematic art; not sappy and retarded. :D It was a happy, feelgood film that makes the unbelievable more believable. The performances were great on every actor's part. Helena Bonham Carter had a great FX makeup job, too. This is a must-see film and I think it is one of Tim Burton's finest films; he definetly deserves an Oscar nomination.

Haven't been up to too much so far in this new year. Everyone wants to hang out but, they need to realize: if you want to hang out, [i]you[/i] call me. Because I'm here not doing much, and most of the people live here and have busy schedules and I don't want to have to work around them. You don't like it? Tough. You can't-a have-a the Katie! :)
Mom and I saw Calendar Girls and it was great. I'd like to see it again; I just love looking at middle-aged British womens' breasts. :D I give it an 8.
